BURÇELİK R&D CENTER

 

 

The Turkish Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology granted approval for the Burçelik R&D Center in 2017. Since then, the Center has consistently met the annual audits conducted by the Ministry, concentrating on the advancement of industrial processes related to mining and aggregate machinery and systems. It also focuses on developing new product platforms while meeting customer expectations within their area of fabrication.

At Burçelik R&D Center, clients benefit from innovative technological solutions derived from practical and rational in-house developments. The Center is outfitted with the required design and analysis software, in addition to test-measurement instruments, to facilitate the creation and production of new product categories.

With its highly experienced and expert engineering staff, innovative perspective and 50+ years of manufacturing/operating history, Burçelik R&D Center has the ability to meet the requirements of the aggregate and mining industry for crushing-screening machines and plant systems.

 

 

 

Burçelik R&D Center Research Projects Supported by TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey)

In 2002, an application for TÜBİTAK 1501 Project support was submitted regarding the 'Research, Development and Production of New Materials for Jaws and Hammers Used in Crusher Machines.' This application was accepted and successfully completed.

In 2012, application for Tübitak 1501 Project Support concerning the subject of  'Crusher Plant Optimization', was accepted and concluded successfully.

In 2012, application for Tübitak 1501 Project Support, concerning the subject of "Design and Production of Mobile Impact Crushers to be Used in Recycling Process at Urban Transformation", was accepted and concluded successfully.

In 2013, application for Tübitak 1501 Project Support, concerning the subject of  'Pilot Scrap Screening Unit', was accepted and concluded successfully.

 

In 2019, the application for the TÜBİTAK 1501 Project Support, focused on the "Development of a New Generation High Crushing Capacity Jaw Crusher with Automatically Remote Adjustable Close Side Setting," was approved and successfully completed.

 

 

COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN AND ANALYSIS COMPETENCE

Burcelik, is the leader company in the field of mining and aggregate machinery and plant systems with a highly competent computer-aided engineering (CAE) team accompanied by a sophisticated computer-aided design (CAD) infrastructure.

Burçelik R&D Center provides services to its customers in the following areas:

Static and dynamic analysis of the designs and/or products with the Finite Element Method (FEM).

Kinematic analysis of movable mechanisms.

Optimization analysis of products and processes.
